Tanta Recruitment are currently recruiting Telesales Executives on behalf of a market-leading fleet solutions provider based in Birmingham.

Our client is in need of Telesales Executives to generate selling opportunities through your outbound call activity that you will then convert into successful sales.

Our client will work with you to set sales targets and establish KPI expectations and then do all they can to help you achieve and exceed them, allowing you to benefit from high levels of open-ended commission earnings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue and selling opportunities through outbound sales calls
  • Manage and convert inbound leads
  • Push to meet and exceed agreed KPI and sales targets
  • Deliver high quality calls and written communications with customers
  • Strive to maintain an in depth understanding of all products and services
  • Accurately record all contact and conversations with customers in the CRM (MS Dynamics)
  • Display effective time management to prioritise activities and maximise productivity
  • Work collaboratively across all business areas to help foster a supportive team culture
  • Actively contribute to a positive working environment, demonstrating the company core values and behaviours
  • Contribute and commit to a personal development plan that addresses all training and development needs as well as future career aspirations.

Candidate specification 

  • 2-3 years of telesales experience
  • Consultative selling experience
  • Computer Literate (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Experience working in a start-up or small business would be beneficial.
